A.C.H.I.E.V.E.

A = Action

You can write your goals down all day long, but unless action is taking place, there will be no achievement of anything. How are you taking action each day? Do you have a proven system or routine that works best for you?

C = Challenge

We never like to admit that we have a tough time achieving what we want. Reality is, we all have our challenges. To face our challenges, we must not only work on our strengths, but also our weaknesses. How do you become stronger in your weaknesses and maintain your strengths?

H= Hard Work

Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard. You may have the ability and talent to achieve, but unless your working hard at it each day, it means nothing.

I = Identify

What is your purpose or mission statement in life? How do you identify the key ingredients that allows you to create your identity as a person? Who are you?

E= Energy

How do you show up? Are you getting up each day and using the energy you have in a strategic way to accomplish your goals and ultimately experience success? How do you know that you are using the energy you have in the correct way? Many times we waste just as much as we use.

V= Vision

What is the vision for your life? How do you measure whether or not you are accomplishing what you want each day out of life, business, or relationships? What does vision mean to you?

E = Excellence

What defines excellence for you? Is it achieving goals, being successful in your job, having healthy relationships, making money etc. How will you know when you get there and finally reach the excellence you desire?

 

Breaking down the word ACHIEVE and asking ourselves the question behind each letter is the key. If you can answer, define, and create a vision for yourself, you will find your own meaning of ACHIEVE. In addition, you will learn what you want out of life and what you need to get there. At that point you have the answers of how you are going to get to where you need to go to ACHIEVE excellence in all you do.

When a new client begins a coaching relationship with me, my main focus is all about the client and what they want to accomplish. My style of coaching is very solution focused and allows my clients to communicate what their goals are and what results they want. I will always focus on creating a solution and not trying to solve the problem. I begin by identifying the answers to 3 questions:

1.) What do you want?

2.) What do you need to get what you want?

3.) If you know what you need to get what you want, how are you going to get there?

The answers to these questions lead to a framework that provides a foundation to work from. At that point, we begin to breakdown your wants, needs, and the direction you want to go in order to create the course that you need to follow! This system works and will work for you as I equip you with the tools that will allow you to maximize the use of your energy, achieve your goals, and strive for excellence!!
